Our Responsibilities
Our team has been structured to enable us to provide a full service, including preparation of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and interior design, contract documentations and construction administration. As an option, we can undertake the project on either a modified design/build or design/construction management basis. A detailed breakdown of fees and services will be provided upon request. In addition, we are offering feasibility study to our client during the land purchasing stage. This will allow our client to have an overall understanding of the land and budget involved for the whole project.

Our Mission
Dedicated to the development of environments, which deeply engage and reflect the inner life of our Lord.
Methodology / Strategies
• We believe that a logical methodology will avoid unnecessary confusion and improve effectiveness of the project.
• Develop a clear line of communication between all parties involved; define purpose and restrain of the project in a most un-biased manner. Strong and creative communication is essential for a successful project.
• During the design stage, explore all creative alternatives to achieve the purpose, with budget constraint being carefully monitored. This will allow the committee reaches conclusions in the most orderly manner.
• At the end of each step of the project, clearly establish the project’s status (architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical designs, site improvement, budget and timing) for approval by client prior to proceeding into next stage to avoid misunderstanding.
• We believe in providing our client with the most efficient design by amalgamating the design elements (architectural spatial needs, circulation, forms, functions, mechanical, electrical, structural needs) in the most efficient order. We work closely with each other and our construction team. We believe each and every concern from the client; Town Officials, the design and construction team should be addressed in the most professional manner to produce the most economical and timely project.
• We understand that proper coordination and clarity of the construction documents is essential.
• We believe in creative, efficient application and careful consideration of building materials and the sequence in construction.
• We continuously monitor the entire process to ensure meeting the overall project schedule.
• We constantly monitor the construction budget. In the event of changes during construction, initiated by the client or by the design/construction team, we will clearly establish budget/schedule impact prior to proceeding with such change.
• During construction, regular site meetings, site reviews, sub-trades coordination and prompt response to any unforeseen site condition is essential to avoid possible delays and budget over-runs.
• We provide complete as-built documents and follow-up on deficiencies that are important for the success of the project.
